The exhibition is co-curated by graduate students in the course "Material Culture & Curatorship" (HECOL 668). They explore how women have expressed femininity through social gatherings from the late 19^th century to the modern day. From teatime, to the cocktail hour, to the dinner party, home entertaining has been a way for women to express themselves through the food they make, the clothes they wear, and the way they present their homes.
